5. Cancellations & Refunds

We kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellation terms will be shared with you at the time of enquiry or booking. Refunds or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion depending on notice and circumstances.

6. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or pricing without prior notice. Any confirmed bookings will be honoured as agreed unless mutually changed in writing.

7. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure your pet’s wellbeing, The Squeak Shack will not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing health conditions
  • Injuries caused by natural behaviours (e.g. chewing, digging, fighting between pets from the same household)
  • Unexpected loss due to illness or age-related conditions

We strongly recommend that your pets are registered with a vet and are in good health prior to their stay.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
